ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN
Qualifications:
Draftsman degree or BS in Architecture degree holder
At least 3 years of working experience in architectural design and site construction
Proficient in CAD 2D and 3D; knowledge of Revit/BIM is a plus, as well as SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, Word, and Excel
Well-versed in architectural planning from conceptualization to implementation
Knowledge of architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, plumbing, and ECE systems, with the ability to interpret plans
Knowledge of networking, PC maintenance, and software installation
Strong analytical problem-solving skills; proactive, able to think outside the box, and a fast learner
Good communication skills
Keen attention to detail
