REPORTING TO:
President/General Manager
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
To develop and prepare detailed drawings of architectural plans and designs according to specifications from Magna
JOB PURPOSE:
The position “Architectural Draftsman - MaGNA CMGN Solutions Inc.” consists of preparing drawings of architects’ and engineers’ designs for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects for Magna
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings for residential and commercial construction projects.
Create architectural drawings based on building specifications, calculations and sketches.
Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed.
Analyze building specifications, codes, space to create architectural design.
Use CAD equipment and conventional drafting station to prepare drawings, charts and records.
Develop electrical and structural designs to incorporate into architectural drawings, an advantage.
Work with architect, interior designers, and constructors to ensure that construction project is in accordance with design specifications
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
The Architectural Draftsman - MaGNA CMGN Solutions Inc. will work under the supervision of MNA but will also be expected to work under their own initiative. There is a need for excellent communication and the continued maintenance relationship with all the customers and staff.
HOURS OF WORK
Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm
Report to office but can work from home as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Architecture.
Undergraduates also accepted
Degree from a technical college is also acceptable.
Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD).
Ability to draw manually is favorable, but not essential.
Ability to work well in a team and on your own.
Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.
SALARY AND COMPENSATION:
Range: Php 15,000-18,000
