An Australian-owned company established in 1985 is looking to hire a Building Designer. They manufacture Durra Panel, Durra Steel sections, and Modular buildings at its production facility located in Bendigo Victoria.

Requirements:
Job Responsibilities
Creating acoustic studio design using Revit and Enscape
Creating full sets of building permit drawing in accordance with the Australian National Construction code
Creating a full set of construction drawings in accordance with the Australian National Construction code
Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings within designated time frames.
Creating FFE Schedules
Building families using Revit
Qualifications
Qualified building designer or Architectural Draftsperson
Knowledge in using Revit (this is a must)
High attention to detail
A high degree of technical, construction and design skills
Successful candidate must be willing to undergo DISC Personality test
