Our client is a long-established small business, specializing in custom design projects, which are managed from initial design concepts to town planning and building approvals.
The focus is on design, assessing the customer's needs and vision, and introducing concepts and ideas to develop the final design.
Our client now requires a remote qualified Building Designer in the field of Architecture or Architectural Drafting to join the team.
Job Responsibilities:
Developing initial design drawings for:
Town planning applications
Building permit applications
Rendered 3D models for presentation
Requirements:
Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in the field of architecture or architectural drafting
Experienced in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and any other 3D modelling software
Must be able to learn from mark-ups provided
Good organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Passionate and creative
