QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or Bachelor's of Architecture (B.Arch) from college or university or five years minimum of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Good communications skills and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of AutoCAD/BricsCAD is required.
Knowledge of Revit is preferred.
Knowledge of architectural practices preferred.
Experience in Photoshop and/or InDesign is preferred.
Experience in working with Imperial measurement and not Metric.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
