👩‍🔧 JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be working closely with our Project Director to deliver value to Asia's biggest developers.
Here's a breakdown of what your week would look like:
Architectural Design (50%)
Evolve design concepts through phrases from schematic ideas into ForCon documentation utilising Revit 3D BIM modelling with high accuracy and efficiency
Prepare architectural documentation and specifications to follow establish standards
Conduct clash-detection and conflict resolution to design in a smart fashion with other disciplines
Apply proper QAQC methods throughout the project to ensure adherence to all internal and client specific standards
Project Management (25%)
Setup project team software parameters and establish project-specific standards/templates
Collaborate and coordinate with internal/external team members on project deadlines and digital workflows
Assist the Project Manager in periodic project meetings and presentations to ensure success of every engagement
Raise RFIs, oversee resolution of disputes/coordination issues with other disciplines
Business Growth (25%)
Contribute to project marketing, resourcing and planning
Set up "Next Gen" BIM standards and mentor BIM modelers to ensure firm-wide adoption

Pre-requisite skills:
Technical Knowledge: bachelors degree in Architecture
Work Experience: a minimum of 10+ years of experience in a design/engineering consultancy, with a portfolio of delivering large-scale complex projects
Digital Abilities: minimum of 5 years experience actively using BIM
Language: fluency in English (Bonus: Bahasa Indonesian)
Software: in-depth knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and other BIM authoring tools
Preferred: Professional architectural license
Bonus: practical experience with onsite construction and engineering
💼 WORK ARRANGEMENT
This is a full-time job that offers the flexibility of a work-from-home arrangement. You are willing to travel and occasionally be posted on the client site.
You'll work closely with the Project Director + Project Managers who will guide, advise (+ challenge!) you every step of the way.
