Assist the team in preparation of complete working drawings and validation of approved plans.
Assist the team on research and specification of materials to be used on the housing and non-housing projects.
Assist the team in preparation of project estimates.
Assist the team in preparation of technical documents needed for permits and licenses.
Conduct Site/project inspection and make regular reports on:
Compliance of the project to the approved plans.
Assuring the implementation of the GRDC standard quality of works on the project.
Assistance of contractor's billing validation every time needed.
Assists preparation of cost package assessment/validation.
Check on/assists home owner's complaints and/or concerns on their checklists.
Others:
Assist "for Marketing" technical development operations.
Assist in-house engineering technical work operations.
At least 1 year of working experience in related field;
Capable of working with minimal supervision;
Being a licensed architect is an advantage;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
