ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS For DRAFTSMAN and APPRENTICES (ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN & PLANNING (ADP))
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, shop drawings and detailed lay-outs in accordance to assigned task.
• Diligently prepare lay-out and drawings with corresponding dimensions as specified by ADP Head.
• Prepare lay-out files and ready-to-print drawings, printing of drawings and documents, and stacking of blue prints accordingly.
• Perform tasks using CAD and 3D Software and other enhancing software to expedite completion of assigned tasks.
• Occasional preparation of drawings and lay-out using free-hand
. • Assist ADP Team in preparation of necessary drawings, documents and periodic support to procurement team, engineering team and permits processing team.
• Perform other related task and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
· General Functions: Develop 2D Working Sheets, perform 3D Sketches and Rendering using CAD Programs. Will do manual drafting as needed.
· Technical Knowledge: AutoDesk CAD; Sketch Up; Lumion; Windows Office; Photoshop
· Technical Skills: Able to operate CAD Programs with ease; Familiarity on laws such as BP 220, PD 957, RA 6541, BP 344, RA 9514, PD 856 and other related local ordinance; Design & Planning Theory; Basic Anthropometrics Design.
· Must be creative, adaptable to changes and willing to do site inspection if required.
· Good communication skills and Initiative to develop design inputs is a must.
Contract length: 4 months
