We are in need of:
 
ARCHITECTS / ARCHITECTURAL GRADS / CIVIL / INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERS
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduate in Architecture for Drafting works with at least 2-3 years experience in building construction.
2. At least 5 years experience in planning, design, construction and supervision particularly in housing and related property development for Architects and Engineers.
3. Male / Female
4. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
5. Above average level of proficiency in computer literacy [Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Drive, AutoCAD and other relevant software and apps].
6. Willingness to stay on project site with free board & lodging is an advantage
[as a Covid19 counter-measure; weekend home travel can be arranged]
7. Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro City or to travel in any Visayas - Northern Mindanao Project Areas [Negros, Leyte, CDO, Surigao, Bukidnon, Iligan]
8. Driving skills of 2-4 wheeled vehicles with Driver’s License is a PLUS.
9. Trustworthy with leadership skills.
