ARCHITECT
Position Requirements:
University graduated, Architectural major.
Experienced in Architectural field same position 5 years and above, experienced in highrise or skyscrape or large scale projects will be an advantage.
Mastered all related architectural related design works.
Mastered in construction budgets/estimates.
Mastered the usage of each material, parameters and construction.
Mastered in managing the projects.
Computer skills such as: AutoCad, Excel, Word, etc.
No racial discrimination.
Fluent English.
Excellent team spirit.
Excellent professional ethics.
Position Statements:
Responsible for the assigned design works, estimated works, quotation, so as to help the company to get the projects.
Responsible for or organize the detailed design of the scheme, construction drawing design, construction process description documents, etc.
Responsible for making project quality control standards, including materials, labor, mechanical equipment and others.
Responsible for making construction schedules, and follow up the progress, control and the quality and cost.
Responsible for arranging team's work and other assigned matters.
Work base: Cebu City
Salary: Negotiable

Working days: Monday to Saturday, 8am-12, 1:30pm-5:30pm
