Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
Construction industry experience is a plus.
Strong design, communication, and project coordination skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and produce layouts, sketches, and design drawings for project execution.
Create detailed plans and construction documents.
Coordinate with designing Engineers for ongoing and new projects.
Make sure designs follow building codes and safety rules.
Update drawings and plans when changes are needed.
Meet with clients to understand project needs.
