Job Description
Meet with clients to determine project requirements and objectives.
Develop design concepts and architectural plans using CAD and other design tools.
Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications.
Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the project.
Monitor construction progress to ensure alignment with design and quality standards.
Adjust designs as needed based on feedback or site conditions.
Stay updated on trends, materials, and best practices in architecture
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Architecture / Urban Studies or similar fields.
Proficiency in architectural software
Strong creative and visual thinking
Excellent communication, project management and problem solving abilities
