Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing innovative spaces, creating detailed working drawings, conducting site visits, preparing cost estimates, and coordinating with various departments to ensure project success from inception to completion.
 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Development:
○ Prepare concept plans, 3D renderings, and detailed design documents.
2. Preparation of Working Drawings:
○ Produce precise construction drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, ensuring all details are clear and buildable.
○ Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to align on technical specifications and feasibility.
3. Site Visits and Monitoring:
○ Conduct pre-construction site assessments to evaluate conditions and gather essential data.
○ Visit project sites during construction to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with design, quality standards, and timelines.
4. Cost Estimation:
○ Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and project resources, ensuring alignment with the budget.
○ Analyze and recommend cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality and design integrity.
5. Cross-Department Coordination:
○ Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely procurement of materials and resources.
○ Work with the Marketing department to align project aesthetics with branding and promotional strategies.
○ Coordinate with other internal teams, such as Operations and Finance, to streamline project execution and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
 
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. ● Licensed Architect is preferred.
● Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Enscape, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
● Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices. ● Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
● Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management is a plus.
