PREFERABLY IN PAMPANGA FOR NEW CLARK CITY AREA
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE ARCHITECT:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Registered & Licensed Architect
3 - 5 years' experience in handling
General Construction works & Interior Finishing work
Knowledgeable in architectural & contruction detailed drawings
Excellent skills using MS Project, Microsoft,
Knowledge in Sketch Up, Lumion, and AutoCAD
Knowledge of project management, scheduling, site supervision and cost estimates
Preferably with site management exposure and knowledge in timeline scheduling, coordination meetings and reporting
Making report for the work progress
Perform other related duties as assigned
Willing to be assigned in Pampanga, Clark
Accommodation and Expenses to be discussed during interview.
