ARCHITECT
 
Job Functions:
Collaborate closely with the project team to establish a shared understanding of project strategies and requirements.
Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of project designs and contract documents to ensure familiarity with all details and specifications.
Support project managers and engineers in planning, designing, and scheduling project activities and reports.
Supervise project execution to ensure adherence to specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Communicate project and design requirements between the project manager and company management.
Strengthen and maintain strategic partnerships with contractors to enhance project outcomes.
Provide training and mentorship to employees in project management, design, and estimation processes.
Job Qualifications:
Licensed Architect
Willing to travel to Siquijor.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to collaborate with and lead teams effectively.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical specifications.
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues.
Strong multitasking skills and strategic thinking in dynamic situations.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or within the construction industry.
