Job Description
Lead the design and development of contemporary architectural projects from concept to completion.
Manage and mentor architectural teams, providing creative direction and technical expertise.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that meet project goals and objectives.
Oversee project timelines and resources, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.
Present design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and executive teams.
Stay current on architectural trends, sustainability practices, and industry innovations to incorporate into design processes.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Architecture / Urban Studies or similar fields.
Minimum of 5years of experience in architecture, with a strong focus on contemporary design and project leadership.
Expert proficiency in SketchUp, with experience in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
Proven track record of delivering creative architectural projects, evidenced by a strong portfolio.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
