ARCHITECT
We are currently seeking a talented Architect to join our team and oversee the implementation of our design plans. With at least 3 years of experience in architectural design and site supervision, the ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and demonstrate a solid understanding of construction methods.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the construction site to ensure compliance with design specifications and drawings
Collaborate with contractors to provide guidance on design details and ensure the construction is executed as per the design.
Attend site meetings and liaise with the project team to ensure the project is progressing as planned.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports to management and stakeholders
Provide technical advice to contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project
Review contractor's drawings, specification, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with the design.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
At least 3 years of experience in architectural design and site supervision
Excellent communication skills and proficient in using Microsoft suite
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A deep understanding of building regulations and construction methods
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
