ARCHITECT
Qualifications:
College graduate, preferably in Architecture
Preferably with license
With at least 3 years work experience, preferably in a real estate industry
Proven proficiency on space planning and designing from residential to complex buildings and development
Solid familiarization and experience with AutoCad, Sketch Up. 3D Max and other similar programs
Flexible, creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, quick learner, effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
