Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated Licensed Project Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential and multifamily projects, with at least 5 years of professional experience delivering quality architectural designs and documents.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of residential and multifamily projects from concept through completion
Prepare and review construction drawings, documents, and specifications
Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success
Oversee compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and client requirements
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
Requirements:
Licensed Architect
Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of construction drawings and documentation processes
Experience with residential and multifamily project types
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Amenable to work remotely during U.S. business working hours
Work-from-home requirement:
Device: Personal computer with Intel Core i5 or higher, or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
Memory & Storage: At least 16 GB RAM and 100 GB of free disk space
Internet: Wired connection with a minimum 50 Mbps download speed, plus a backup connection (e.g., mobile hotspot or prepaid Wi-Fi)
