Requirements
With at least 2 years work experience and:
should be able to recommend solutions on problems that might arise on site and report to the immediate supervisor
must be assertive on site in order to delegate instructions clearly and apprehend manpower for any wrongdoing not in accordance to the company's policies
should be able to coordinate harmoniously with the involved manpower on site, project manager, and maintenance team
should be able to work under pressure, manage delegated tasks, and accomplish tasks on time
should maintain a persevering attitude
