Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect with at least 5 years of experience, specializing in luxury single-family home design. This role is perfect for someone who has a strong design sensibility, exceptional attention to detail, and hands-on experience working on high-end residential projects - particularly within the Carolinas.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and detailing of luxury single-family homes from concept through completion
Develop schematic designs, design development drawings, and detailed construction documents
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and functional needs
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and local agencies to ensure project success
Review and ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and HOA guidelines specific to the Carolinas
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Licensed Architect
At least 5 years of architectural experience, with a strong portfolio of luxury single-family residential projects
In-depth knowledge of construction detailing, residential building systems, and architectural best practices
Familiarity with building codes, permitting, and construction standards in the Carolinas preferred
Proficiency in design and documentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
Amenable to work during U.S. business working hours
Work-from-home requirement:
