This DevSecOps Architect Lead participates in the support of new security solution development, enhanced or optimized use of existing security solutions, and the development of processes that aim to better protect the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and privacy of the technology and data of the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience
5+ years of DevSecOps experience
2+ Cybersecurity experience
2+ years of acting in a team lead capacity
2+ years of mentoring and coaching others in technical roles.
Experience with implementing and maintenance DevSecOps tools.
Strong written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as function as an integral part of a team, take initiative and ownership in a fast-paced environment
Ability to successfully work across regions and functions to solve problems and get things done
Additional Skills/Qualifications:
Define, Architect, Develop, Drive & Accelerate DevSecOps as a Service.
Hands-on DevOps Architect with extensive experience across complex environments
Experience with containerization technologies. Preferably Red Hat OpenShift.
Hands-on Experience with Tekton / ArgoCD for building DevSecOps pipelines.
Experience with Sonatype Nexus, RH Quay, Bitbucket, SonarQube, Clair, White source, Stackrox, Snyk, Junit / Cucumber / TestNG / Jasmine / Karma, Selenide / Experitest / Selenium Grid and implementing them in a CI/CD pipeline.
Experience with SAST, DAST, IAST Fuzzing and RASP tools and implementing them in a CI/CD pipeline.
Experience working with developers and as a developer.
Experience with Canary and Blue-Green Deployments
Knowledge of Agile processes.
Ability to work independently as well as function as an integral part of a team, take initiative and ownership in a fast-paced environment
SANS Certifications such as GIAC Cloud Security and DevSecOps Automation (GCSA), and GIAC Cloud Penetration Tester (GCPN).
