· Candidate must possess at least Bachelors or College Degree in Architectural or equivalent
· Preferably with more than three (3) years of working experience in Real Estate/Construction Industry/Housing Developer
· Required Skills: Proficient in Photoshop, Sketch up, 3D Software rendering, AutoCAD
· Attend to all design related matters in Construction
· Client Coordination in Technical Designs
· Present Portfolio together with CV
