We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced construction site architect to join our team. As a construction site architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various building projects. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure that all designs and plans are executed properly and meet all safety and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the construction project's design, ensuring that it meets all safety and regulatory requirements
Review project specifications, blueprints, and plans to ensure that all designs are accurate and feasible
Ensure that all construction projects are executed according to the approved designs and plans
Coordinate with the construction team to resolve any design issues that may arise during the construction process
Work closely with the project manager to ensure that all project timelines and budgets are met
Provide guidance and support to junior architects and interns as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
3+ years of experience in construction site architecture
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements
Requirements
