We have a great opportunity foranArchitectural Graduate. Based in the Philippines as part of a workshare team, remotely assisting our Australia office whilein collaborationwith our Architecture and Urban Design Group.
You will gain experience in a range of small to large-scale international projects which will see you involve in the production of drawings and models of international projects through remote interaction with architects to quickly and accurately produce drawing sets in accordance with GHD and client drafting standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
Working closely with architects/engineers and other designers to produce a detailed set of documents, and drawings that meet project brief, scope, and specifications
Prepare, and develop drawings, models, specifications, reports, and other documents relating to the design
Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the technical and design documentation / Revit Model development
Work closely with the Senior Architect / Design Manager to produce technical documentation for various projects
Have full oversight and quality check of production of design and technical documentation
Responsible for Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary checks
Checking project models and drawings for quality assurance and dimensional accuracy
Self-management and co-ordination of drafting processes, data and modeling information
Detailed Construction knowledge
Mentoring, sharing knowledge, and upskilling the design team regarding Technical Delivery and Model development
What you will bring to the team:
Previous work experience in Australia is essential as well as an understanding of local Australian building codes andrequirements
Minimum 8 years experienceworking on medium to large-scale projects
Extensive experience from concept through to construction, across a range of project types including residential, commercial, hospitality, medical, leisure, education, and high-rise developments. Previous site experience would be beneficial
Experience in documenting buildings at various stages from Concept, Schematic, Detail Design, and IFC level documentation
Proficiency in Revit, 3D rendering software utilizing Revitis a requirement
Strong knowledge of how building components come together and able to highlight modeling errors
Strong communication skills that allow close coordination with the other regional center and other disciplines
High ethical standards, committed to producing high-quality work
This job offer can be based either in Makati, Quezon City, or in our office in Cebu, depending on your home base/location.
