ARCHITECT / CIVIL ENGINEER BASED IN CEBU CITY
 
JEDCOR INC. is a real estate developer engaged in leasing residential and commercial properties around Cebu City. We're looking for an Architect / Civil Engineer to join our team and assist in managing our construction and property maintenance projects.
 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
Graduate of Architecture or Civil Engineering
PRC License is an advantage, but not required 
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Some work experience in the construction industry is preferred 
Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is an advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the maintenance and construction team
Prepare layouts, sketches, and design drawings for implementation under the supervision of an Architect
Assist in preparing cost estimates, bid documents, and bidding out projects to contractors
Coordinate with Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineers for ongoing and new projects
