This is a remote, full-time role for Philippine-based candidates , employed under a proper PH setup.This position plays a pivotal role in managing the design lifecycle of architectural projects-from concept development to documentation and compliance. To be considered, candidates must have prior experience working with Australian architectural, construction, or design firms and a strong understanding of the relevant codes, workflows, and planning frameworks.🎯 How You'll Make an Impact
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle: onboarding, concept development, compliance, and documentation
Coordinate with Australian clients, consultants, builders, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Oversee and develop project documentation in Revit and coordinate 3D render production for client presentations
Translate design intent into constructible, code-compliant solutions based on materials, budget, and construction practices
Ensure architectural compliance with NCC, SEPP, DCP, LEP, and other Australian planning protocols
Mentor junior team members, support continuous improvement, and lead internal communication between documentation and delivery teams
✅ What We're Looking For - You're the Perfect Fit if You:
Have at least 3 years of experience working with Australian construction or design firms (non-negotiable)
Hold a degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
Are highly proficient in Revit , Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign for design and documentation
Have experience managing multiple projects and liaising with consultants, councils, and private certifiers
Understand the end-to-end compliance process in Australia (DA, CC, CDC, exempt development)
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Are self-managed, highly detail-oriented, and confident leading projects independently
✨ What Sets You Apart - You'll Shine Even Brighter With:
Knowledge of the NSW Planning Portal and familiarity with regulatory submissions
An eye for buildability and construction sequencing in both residential and commercial projects
Experience managing external 3D rendering teams for client presentations
Familiarity with structural, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical coordination in construction documents
A passion for systems thinking, process refinement, and scalable design documentation workflows
🕐 Work Schedule & Employment Terms
Full-Time | Monday to Friday
Remote role for Philippine-based candidates
Proper Philippine employment setup (not freelance or project-based)
