Job Description
AR Team Leader
A result-driven individual to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of Accounts Receivable Coordinator to achieve the organization's objectives and goals. Responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. Create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the team's potential.
Team Leader Responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
Prepare Debtors Aging Report to share to wider Sales team and running monthly debtors catch up
Prepare Rebate Statement, Revenue Accrual and Bad Debts
Responsible for reconciling AR Aging
Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, knowledge, and communication skills.
Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
Delegating tasks to team members.
Team Leader Requirements:
Must be an accounting graduate
With prior Leadership experience
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledgeable in D365 or any accounting system is a desirable
Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
Computer literate.
Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
