Description
Position: Receivables Analyst
Employment: Probationary
Work Location: E. Rodriguez Sr. Ave., Cubao
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Accountancy or other related discipline;
With at least one (1) year accounting experience focusing on accounts receivable function.
Skills Required: MS Excel, Presentation, Discussion
Job Responsibilities:
Updates/Monitor AR Ledger and posts changes to the system.
Checks billing reports from billing staff.
Maintain knowledge of all account information & monitors all invoices.
Monitor client accounts balances & updates ledger on billings and payments.
Issue Official Receipts for payments made by clients.
Monitoring of CCTWAS collection SOA/AR confirmation with clients.
Confirmation of online deposits made by clients from separate group.
Prepares AR reports.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
