Is currently looking for:
GL ACCOUNTANT
Type: Full-time, hybrid
Basic Salary: P20,000.00-P25,000.00
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Manage the revenue cycle processes including customer invoicing, payment application, and collections process.
Monitor accounts receivable aging, following up on overdue accounts.
Prepare reconciliation reports and resolve any discrepancies.
Partner with sales and/or operations teams to ensure accurate billing and dispute resolution.
Accounts Payable (AP)
Process vendor invoices and expense reports, ensuring proper approvals and coding.
Manage vendor payment in line with payment terms and processes.
Maintain accurate vendor records and handle inquiries promptly.
Prepare reconciliation reports and resolve any discrepancies.
General Accounting & Reporting
Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting documentation as required.
Collaborate with the CFO to improve financial processes and implement best practices.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus
At least one (1) year of experience in AR, AP, or general accounting.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero , or similar) is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
Integrity and high ethical standards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
