KRYPTON INTERNATIONAL RESOURCES SALES AND SERVICES INC. is currently looking for:
AR ANALYST (Accounts Receivable Analyst)
- responsible for the remedial actions and recovery of overdue accounts as well as documents reconciliation.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
A college graduate of any four-year course. Preferably with business-related degree;
With good communication skills both oral and written;
Must have keen attention to details;
With at least 2 years experience in credit & collection;
Advance knowledge in MS Office applications;
Can build and maintain good interpersonal relationship within the workplace;
Can work with less supervision;
Time-oriented in accomplishing the assigned tasks.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Accounts Receivable
Effectively researching, tracking and resolving accounting or documentation status, problems and discrepancies.
Conduct credit checking with new customer accounts - review application, verify references, and recommend credit terms;
Facilitate credits/refunds to customers, if any;
Review and evaluate Accounts Receivable and propose accounts to be endorsed to litigation;
Interact with the sales departments, sales coordinators, warehouse and logistics to drive customer disputes to resolution;
Setting up new customer accounts in the system;
Evaluate accounts and identify the level of associated risk; and
Maintain and update customer database, ensuring information is current and accurate.
Accounts Management
Serves demand letters, return check notice to concerned customer and ensures acknowledgement receipt;
Endorse and process accounts for small claims;
Recommend accounts to be placed for third party collection, if necessary;
Review AR accounts and identify account(s) to be endorsed for write-offs;
Coordinate with past due customers to arrange better payment scheme to help them pay off their pending overdue(s);
Coordinate with the legal counsel for the latest legal actions undertaken for the endorsed accounts.
