Assist in the following assigned tasks:
1. Perform pre-evaluation of the property prior to actual inspection.
2. For real estate, prepare lot plotting and sketching using appropriate drafting software like AutoCAD, Draft Sight, etc.
3. Conduct site inspection of personal or business properties before it is sold, mortgaged, insured, or developed.
4. Evaluate properties to establish its fair market values.
5. Gather comparable property listings using internal and external sources.
6. Keeping up-to-date on the local sales market.
7. Interviewing clients, property sellers and buyers and developers.
8. Prepare reports for review by the senior appraisers, and reviewers.
9. Handle another assigned tasks as instructed by the appraisal admin.
10.Attend meetings, internal trainings as required.
