Arrange list of customers to be reminded who are due for service.
Confirm next day appointment to the expected client.
Confirm the attendance of late customers.
Confirm the attendance of no show customers.
Prepare appointment slip for daily appointments and confirmation thru text customers about their appointment.
Confirm next day appointment to the expected client.
Confirm the attendance of late customers.
Confirm the attendance of no show customers.
Refer to history file & confirm vehicle details .
Qualifications:
Graduate of Any 4-year course.
Relevant experience in the related field is an advantage.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
A warm personality and strong communication skills.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
