We're currently looking for an experienced Appointment Setters who are willing to familiarize the products and services offered by the company and strive to meet client requests, target, and quotas. We need individuals who are willing to take that extra mile to engage with the customers.
 
APPOINTMENT SETTERS
 
Qualifications:
Previous CSR for a Sales campaign / Appointment Setting (a PLUS) experience
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Can work with less supervision, multitask, and manage time effectively
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
Research potential clients, generate and contact leads via cold calling / emails / social media
Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the sales team
Keep records of customers and staff interactions to be able to provide accurate, valid, and complete information
Update client database / CRM
