Job Title: Appointment Setter - BPO Sales
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Appointment Setter with a background in BPO sales and appointment setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, engaging them professionally, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to handle objections confidently while maintaining professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospects and warm leads to schedule appointments.
Qualify leads based on company criteria and ensure appointments are with decision-makers.
Follow call scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency and professionalism.
Accurately log call details, appointment schedules, and client information in CRM tools.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and booked appointments.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of appointments.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in BPO sales and appointment setting.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Comfortable handling objections and turning them into opportunities.
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
Preferred:
Experience in US, UK, or AU campaigns.
Familiarity with sales scripts and lead qualification techniques.
