Appointment Setter - Solar Industry (Australian Client) - Office Based Role
We're on the lookout for motivated and experienced Appointment Setters to help us expand our reach and connect more customers with clean, renewable energy solutions.
What You'll Do:
Call our leads new, warm and cold lead dataase and set appointments for our Australian Sales Team
Engage with customers confidently in clear, fluent English
Follow proven scripts and systems that make your job simple and effective
Experience with CRM and Call Handling Software
What We're Looking For:
Sales or Telemarketing Experience (Solar industry a BIG plus)
Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
Driven, reliable, and able to work with targets
Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
What We Offer:
Working Hours
6:30am - 3:00pm (October - April)
7:30am - 4:00pm (April to October)
Basic Salary: PHP 18,000 during training, rising to PHP 30,000 once regularised
Competitive Bonus Structure - uncapped earning potential 50k+ per month is very achievable
13th Month Pay guaranteed
