Position Title: Appointment Setter
Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 PHP Monthly
Reports To: Account Manager, Client
Primary Relationships: Client Team
Date: July 2023
Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department or individual
Take thorough notes of each phone call, including the caller's phone number, name, and message, as necessary
Schedule appointments and effectively coordinate them with relevant parties
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with callers and colleagues
Demonstrate excellent initiative and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all work-related activities
Possess exceptional English language skills for both written and verbal communication
Exhibit strong time management and task management abilities
Display noticeable organizational and prioritization skills
Work independently and meticulously to accomplish assigned tasks
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite for efficient completion of work
Demonstrate the ability to take initiative in problem-solving and decision-making
Willingness to work in-office and on night shifts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Medical or Nursing is required
Registered Nurse certification is a plus
Preferably, experience working in a hospital setting, particularly in the Emergency Room (ER)
Excellent attitude, flexibility, and reliability are essential for success in this role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work product
Must have excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
Good time management and task management skills
Demonstrates noticeable organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and meticulously
Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite applications
Demonstrates initiative in taking on tasks and responsibilities
Willingness to work in the office and on night shifts
