We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter who will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales performance KPIs within the company. Salary will be dependent on the candidate’s experience.

About Your Client:
Your client is a professional trading group based in the U.S. that provides education in the financial trading markets. Their Day Academy and Trading Group work together to help traders transition from student to day trader.
What You Will Do:
Primary Purpose:
As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales performance KPIs within the company, playing an active role and management role in the entire sales process, cradle to grave. You will report directly to the Onsite Senior Academic Advisor.
Responsibilities:
Foremost, closing sales is the focus. The candidate may perform an array of sales, administrative, and management tasks for the Corporation through voice (VOIP phone), SMS (Skipio), email, and social media channels.
Inbound and outbound (appointment setting)
Scheduling Live Trading Session (LTS) events with prospective clients who are direct respondents from radio and other media advertising
Managing the customer relationship management database (Zoho CRM) to create outbound campaigns to schedule and reschedule direct respondents in the LTS who were Abandoned Calls, LTS No Shows, and Pre-Contact Leads
Perform inbound and outbound LTS Appointment Confirmation Calls and LTS-related Consultation Calls
Introduce and establish high credibility of self or other Academic Advisors as well as the LTS Trainers and Moderators
Sales closing
Candidate may be groomed for an Academic Advisor position in the future
Customer database
Use Zoho CRM to update client status
Contacts and other tools
Zoho CRM (Query and manage entire sales process and client status)
RingCentral — Call management system
ZOHO – CRM and other ZOHO contact tools
Skipio – SMS software
Process improvement
Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations and help to define new operational ways of working
Provide suggestions for new processes, tools and approaches and work with others to implement
Key Performance Indicators:
There are a few simple KPIs that help manage corporate success:
Number Positive Contact: number of calls (varies)
Rate Scheduled LTS (minimum 85%)
Rate Shows that were scheduled (minimum 70%)
Sales Closes (minimum 5% of total positive contacts)
In addition, Abandoned Calls and Rescheduled No Shows should be measured, but are currently not accurately accounted for.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
High level of verbal English skills; limited accent
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter
Must be able to overcome common objections
Proven experience as a problem solver
Able to learn quickly, to anticipate and take initiative
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
