Job Description : Position Title: Appointment Setter (Outbound)

Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 35,000
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PH TimeWe're looking for a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be reaching out to businesses across Australia to book qualified appointments for our sales team. If you're confident on the phone, enjoy building connections, and are seeking a stable dayshift role aligned with Australian business hours - this opportunity is for you.Responsibilities as an Appointment Setter:
Make outbound calls (cold, warm, and follow-ups) to businesses in Australia.
Work with provided lead lists and proactively research new prospects using online directories, Google, and maps.
Book qualified appointments with business owners or senior decision-makers.
Accurately record call outcomes and lead details using Google Sheets or Excel.
Meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment targets.
Qualifications as an Appointment Setter:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound calling or appointment setting, with proven performance against KPIs.
Experience speaking directly with business owners or senior decision-makers.
Demonstrated success in booking quality appointments that convert.
Resilient and persistent - able to stay positive and motivated throughout the day.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel.
Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written.
Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PH time.
Nice to Have
Experience running B2B outbound campaigns.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding appointment targets.
Ability to follow a script while maintaining a natural, engaging tone.
