Duties and Responsibilities:
• Contact potential or existing clients from the database or other sources via phone and email
• Schedule a meeting between the prospective client and the Sales team
• Answer inbound calls from the company's prospective and current clients when needed
• Can understand the company's value proposition and be able to have a conversation with a decision maker
• Assist in identifying sales opportunities and in making follow up calls
• Enter, update and manage client's information and status in the CRM and database
• Provide best effort in meeting appointment setting targets and metrics
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Background in cold calling, telemarketing, or telesales
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
• Experience in using any CRM
• Ability to adapt to new tools and software
• High level of accuracy and attention to details
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Ability to think on your feet
• Ability to articulate a value proposition and get to the decision maker
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
