- At least 8 years of experience as SRE System Support Engineer
- Experience maintaining and supporting solutions in a Cloud based environment (GCP or AWS)
- Experience working with various monitoring tools
- Designing and implementing ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana) stack, Prometheus and Grafana solutions for monitoring and alerting"Walkthrough with experience:*include number of years and projects handled with tools
- Monitoring Tools (Promotheus and Grafana preferred)
- Level 3 Support (Hardcore Troubleshooting)- Implementation of Infrastructure
- System Support such as incidents in production - self-healing strategies related to implementation
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis
