Position: Technical Support for Cable, Internet, and Phone

Qualification:
With or Without Experience
Must be 18 yrs age and above
At least High School Grad.
Must not be a Student/Enrolled
Average to Excellent English communication skills
Computer literate and good web navigation skills
Available to start ASAP
Available WFH for Non Vacinated Applicants
Duties:
-Taking care of incoming calls and customer service questions about phone or mobile phone services, billing issues, or promotional packages
-Determining and evaluating the needs of clients in order to satisfy them
to ensure effective monitoring and closure, make sure all calls are logged in the system.
-Timely offering of suitable solutions
