A call center agent in a healthcare account is responsible for providing customer service and support to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders over the phone. Key responsibilities may include:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to inquiries related to healthcare services and products
- Gathering information from patients and healthcare providers to determine their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
- Providing information about healthcare services and products, including eligibility, coverage, and benefits
- Updating patient and provider records accurately and efficiently
Escalating complex issues to a higher level of support as needed
- Adhering to privacy and security regulations related to patient information
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
Qualification:
