TO QUALIFY:
• Candidate must have completed at least 2 years of College with no back/failed subjects. Preferably with
• a Bachelor's Degree in any course.
• With or without work experience. Those with previous work experience in Airline Ticketing will be entitled
• to higher salary range.
• With excellent English communication skills
• Candidate must be willing to work in Pasig City (Ortigas) or Makati City (Ayala). With limited slots
available in Pasay City, Taguig City and Paranaque City.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The role is strategically focused on travel in a BPO setting. If you love travel and live for travel, this job is for
you!
• Arranging flights, insurance and accommodation
• Using a booking system to secure holidays
• Collecting and processing payments
• Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports
• Sending out tickets to clients
• Keeping clients up to date with any changes
• Dealing with queries, re-bookings or refunds (not one of the perks, but someone's got to do it)
