As a Customer Service Representative for the Telecommunications Account, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and technical support to customers who use telecommunications services. You will need to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Provide technical support for telecommunications services including internet, cable TV, and phone services
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to billing, service outages, and connectivity problems
Educate customers on available products and services and make recommendations based on their needs
Utilize customer service software and tools to log and track customer interactions and issues
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
Meet or exceed established performance metrics for customer service and technical support, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
