Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner. Answering telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner. Deferring queries to your line manager if you are unable to answer them. Furnishing members and health care practitioners with details regarding members' benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Completed 2 years in college (with at least 72 units) + 6 months BPO experience.
•Graduates of 4 year course with atleast 3 months BPO experience.
• Has a good customer service orientation
•Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
14K Basic Salary
20% Night Diff
Day 1 HMO
HMO for 1 dependent upon regularization

Minimum education level: Senior high school
