₱ 20,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
As a Customer Service Representative in online retail, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online retail customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers who have questions or concerns related to their orders or the products we offer. You will work closely with the online retail team to ensure that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a professional and timely manner
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with patience and empathy
Provide customers with accurate information regarding product availability, shipping times, and returns
Work collaboratively with the online retail team to identify and resolve customer issues
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Process orders and returns using our online retail platform
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the online retail team
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and changes in policies and procedures related to the online retail business
Qualifications:
Have at least 6 months (continuous) voice (inbound/outbound) BPO experience. Sales Experience is a plus
Technical and practical knowledge with computers and navigations
Good analytical and conversational skills (good grammar)- Diploma is not required
Amenable to work on site
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service, Customer Support
