As a Customer Service Representative for Home Security, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the home security industry. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product and service information.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate and timely information regarding our products and services
Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve customer issues
Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer service and make recommendations to management
Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service, Customer Support
