Location: Iloilo
Basic Salary: PHP14000/month

20% Night Diff
Day 1 HMO
+ 1k allowance and HMO for 1 dependent
Successful candidates take calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Their duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
Qualifications:
Completed 2 years in college (with at least 72 units) + 6 months of BPO experience
Graduates of 4-year course with at least 3 months of BPO experience
Has a good customer service orientation
Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
