₱ 25,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
The Call Center Agent will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This position requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Update customer information in the company database during and after each call
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills
Meet or exceed call center performance goals and objectives
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
